2009 WSBL Conference
As the branch's President-Elect, Rafael Pina, P.E.
represented the Miami-Dade Branch at the Workshop for Section and Branch
Leaders (WSBL) held in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on February 6 and 7, 2009.
The WBSL provided an opportunity for the exchange of ideas among the
officers of ASCE and delegates of various sections.
