2013 Annual Student Development and Scholarship Golf Tournament
The Miami Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society will be holding this year’s Scholarship Golf Tournament event at the Miami Springs Country Club on Friday,
May 24, 2013. The event also includes continental breakfast, awards luncheon and raffle. Sponsorship goes to funding our high school
and college scholarship fund. All Sponsors will receive recognition of
the Firm at the tournament awards luncheon and on the FES Miami

Dear Colleagues,
On Friday May 10th the Miami-Dade, Broward and
Palm Beach Branches hosted the 2013
Tri-County Workshop on the State of South Florida’s Infrastructure. The
Tri-County Workshop was a great success with an outstanding turnout from our
members and the industry with over 100 attendees. Several topics where presented by 18 different
speakers covering Water Resources, Transportation, Energy, Climate Change, and Public
Policy.
Looking forward to the summer, we are organizing several
events such as a presentation of the ongoing Museum Park construction, the
Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Consent Decree, and a potential field
visit to the Port of Miami Tunnel construction site.
